The open base design makes this large peekaboo perch tent the perfect hideaway for birds and Parrots with long tails.
The bottomless design also means no base to clean and easy access (and exit) for the bird. Once perched comfortably inside the bird can feel safe and warm, the fuzzy fleece fabric helps to reduce the effects of the cold and draughts, whilst the hideaway design provides a place the bird can get out of view. This is highly important to most birds, as they are prey animals. For a bit of added fun a length of knotted leather has been tied on to one end of the perch and poly rope with beads and a shiny bell hangs from the other side. The wood perch can be removed, and the fabric can be easily washed
